Announcing A Rain

Rating: 5.0

It is red, cloudy and misty
The cool breeze blew
The trees dance
Twisting all parts of their bodies

Windows open and close
Little children
Clapping and singing:

Rain rain go away
Come again another day
Little children want to play

Song ignored -

Doors slap the wall
As they close with speed

Zinc roofs
Make a kuuuzing sound:
Paaka paaka paaka paaka
As if it will pull off its head
From the roof

Refuse papers on the floor
Fly to the sky
Like eroplane
Carrying sands of dust
Entering into their eyes
As they run helter-skelter

The mighty wind
Carry little children up
Tossing them up and down
Like rising and falling kites

The wind
Opens women's wrappers
As they struggled to tie them back
To their naked chest

Whirl-wind blowing hard
Blowing everywhere
Carrying pregnant rain

Blowing and throwing
Spread-clothes down the ground

Whistling with warm heart
Announcing the ghost of a rain

... Announcing the ghost of a rain Despite all the signals that it is about to rain, the rain did not fall eventually..
