He was multi layered,
peel back the first
and you thirsted for more.
Underneath was a great sauce,
mixed salad, onions and a smooth
coating of salted butter.
You knew you'd been fed.
The only thing left
was to wash it all down
with a jive.

it's a crazy old life.
