The anxiety is choking me and my GOD I can not breathe
fear and anger consume my days and nights
I am tired but I can not sleep
because this tiger is real, and he is chasing me

    Anxiety, just like fear is a bunch of sinister shadows. A shadow has no substance, it's only a magnified reflection of something small, that's why on facing anxiety squarely, one usually find it inconsequential.
