Anyanwu Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Anyanwu

You and i were made but,
Why are we here?
You and i were made but,
We are here to learn to be perfect on this earth.
Life is how you make it,
But according to the rules of the Creator than mankind;
Yet still, what is the meaning of life?

Of the days of my dreams and,
Of the peace taken over by the wars around us;
Are you sleeping alone? Then, think twice.
Learn from the rules of the laws around you and,
Try to achieve victories than empty words;
For there is a higher power out there than that of mankind.

The knowledge of life are with rules and,
The stream returns again to where it came from;
So, do keep my love at bay with your sweet aroma.
Anyanwu, come into my Oval Office;
For all the streams flow into the sea but,
The sea is still never full.
