Anytime Now Poem by Randy McClave

Anytime Now

Anytime now
Exclaimed the brown cow,
I will start my run
For excitement and for fun.
I am so very excited
Maybe I will be knighted,
When my deed I completed
And not being defeated.
I have been in training
Muscles I have been gaining,
Ever since I read the book
Then in the sky above I did look.
I been exercising everyday
I have been eating less hay,
And I have lost some weight
I feel great.
I will be on the news
With over a million views,
And I will also be in the paper
For my marvelous caper.
All will want to see and read
Of my amazing and marvelous deed,
But, not for giving milk to the farmer
Or for being a bull charmer.
Around the world me and my feat will be known
Which man must and will condone,
Because, sometime very soon
I'm going to jump over the moon.
