Aphorisms From An Old Man

Today I saw a chap of going to senile
Wrinkles were conspicuous like rippling waters of Nile
He was like an amorphous guy, but still bore a jocund smile
Definitely appropriate for portray of his life profile

He said to me ' I tried hard, but life is nothing, only a mere lie
Combination of pain and joy all once in a while
Synthesis of vile and morals of worthwhile
Make you to get rile
Or start a brand of new style
I tried hard but it made me completely immobile
The very first steps of liaison, it seems like seductive tile
But with a little bit pondering, it is nothing but a big trash pile'

Today I saw an old man with a humble hump
He said to me ' life is concatenation of obstacles you have to jump
Squeezed me within itself like condensation pump
Then hurled my residue into the rubbish dump'

Today I saw an old man in the stage of his dotage
Leading a life of isolation in his cozy cottage
Sipping at his watery chilled porridge
He said to me whisperingly ' life is a mind-forged prison taken me as destined hostage
There is only atrocity and nothing of homage'

Today I saw an old man from land of freedom
On wings of sagacaty
With such veneration for morality
He said to me with trrmbling lips ' life is nothing that of much importance to bother about
Although we are trapped in a state of siege'
