Apt Timing Poem by james watkin

Apt Timing

Long the coastal dreamer, wheat field's
Blown freedoms, expand on
With headland's lighthouse, cirrus-wrapped;
With silo, hazed among.
The Summer! And thankfully within
His own heart's fulfilment
Buoyed and adrift, for days of reprieve
Are found mine; at present.
