As I am
Is all I am
The present
Is the vibrant current
That flows
Across the universe
What we perceive
As to our time
And place
Within the whole
This in its measure
Casts the intensity
Of light
On our path
Allowing us
To move forward
Blindly in some cases
Stumbling forward
Dimly in other cases
Faltering but aware
Brightly in a few cases
Striding forward confidently
Basking in the light
Of clear perception.
