As My Underworld Turns Poem by Ramona Thompson

As My Underworld Turns

Rating: 4.0

As my underworld turns
I find my devilish self troubled
Troubled by the heavenly passions of my angel love
Suddenly it seems
So suddenly
Her head has been turned by one who is not me
One who offer her so much more it seems then I

And so now she has told me
She yearns to spend all the days of her life with him
A human
An earthbound lover
That is the foe who has captured my lady's passions
Leaving me alone
All alone with my pain
My agony and my deepest darkest despair

Robbed of my guiding light
I pull out my poison flask
Putting it to my lips
I bid my darling
One last goodbye
For I know that if I am not enough for her
Then surely it must be true that I will never be enough for anyone
And so I end as I once so long ago began
With an act of the purest evil
I find my mind changed
At the very last moment
As my angel enters the room
Prepared to last leave me
I grab the cheating little tramp and pour my poison.....

Deep deep down her lying once so lovely throat
Laughing and thinking to myself along the way
Hahahahahahahaahha
Isn't revenge just so very sweet
