As Once Daddy Was.....

have written
those lines
earlier
had i not been
my mind
diverted to some
other matters
of equal
importance
now i cannot
recall those
lines anymore
just three
but i cannot recall
them now
i am getting old
and loveless
and tired and it
could be
that i am still
hopelessly
acting some one
as stupid and
as romantic
as once daddy
was.

i am getting old and loveless and tired and it could be that i am still hopelessly acting some one as stupid and as romantic as once daddy was.....so touching and true. This is the life. Well executed. Thanks for sharing.10
