As When The Clouds Frown Before A Storm Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

As When The Clouds Frown Before A Storm

As when the clouds frown before a storm
And dense they gather with occluding mists
The pilot cloud that be the spine
Of all that rolls around within the storm
So the mountains peaks in pointed rage
More beautiful look that the rage be
Thus comes it that I such storms not hate
Though buffet they; be uncomfortable
And in the wild seclusions of their potent spells
And scents and sweating of the pointed peaks.
