Its not me,
Its not my soul,
I'm sorry, I can not,
not me,
not at all.
I did,
did a little too much,
concerned about it,
had so much to crush.
Knew you were there,
I can not be with me,
You, you are so great,
don't compare with me.
Can't look up,
the rays are too sharp,
My eyes gets closed,
look to brightness, its too unknown.
From the light, to the dark,
can not come in front of you.
Ashamed.
Undeserved
of all the things provided by you..
The only thing I deserve,
To provide me with a luck.
Far more better,
please change my cup..
It seems to be cry of a soul who is ashamed of her body for not coming up to the expectations of her creator and a desire to get another chance with the firm determination to leave no stone unturned for coming up to the expectations of the creator, next time. Well this regret is in fact instrumental in mending and rectifying our behavior in the very this life. What will be life after death, is a debate.
very well written: -) parents are always hopeful, we must give our best and worry not.

Your poem touched me. It has deep underlying emotions. When a child fails to fulfill the expectations of his or her parents, such emotions come into play and make the child feel ashamed. It is good to have this sense of shame, not too much though. It helps in rectifying the flaws and in taking a firm resolve not to repeat the past mistakes.
