Asking My Dream Poem by Ronald Chapman

Asking My Dream

Looking at you,
Smiling behind dreams framed in glass,
Trying to hold feelings inside my heart.

You are most beautiful,
More beautiful than a sunrise,
On a snowy day.

Memories of you, hugging my heart,
Warming my Soul on these cold, lonely days,

Warm winds blowing, in dreams,
Sending your Spirit floating to me,
Chasing away the sad times;

Times I've missed holding you,
Holding you deep in love,
Never saying goodbye.

Dreaming- -
Love standing in front of me,
I touch your fingertips.

Kneeling down in front of love,
Asking you,

My dream to marry me.
