Associated

Of Galileo, it is said:
"Went to sea and sat there
Far away, saw vessel
Appeared with headfirst…"

Then he like Archimedes
Went running and shouted:
"Spherical is the Earth."

Words, actions, are like waves
Rosary, related…connected…

Socialise, associate…

Imagine bird of love
Reminding death, demise.

Particle of the dust
Landing in one of eyes
And bringing tear
To some hug's memories
And moment of kiss, miss.

To depart Toronto
I pack and, in the times,
See photos, run across
A paper or some notes
That take me into time…

The first child of friends
Is, now, himself, friend,
His parents are both old
In eighties, less or more.

He who was well trained
Few years turned to pain
But reversed, is great,
To them, best caretaker.

In letters, among notes
Found few of his words.

"Hi uncle…"

With it I travelled
Deep in time, officer,
I was and his father
A dentist, and mother
Pharmacist, but at home.

She, mother, and the wife,
Handled and mastered life
Till she built their palace.

Travelled back and forth
To Tehran for purchase
Of all parts, down to tiles.

Memories, in times are,
Poison, and in times,
Medicines that give life.

Flashbacks, they are young,
Different but in love,
Best couple, husband, wife.

And to me role model,
they did things I wanted.

"I marry and my wife
Will be master in life
And I work like a dog,
Happily, day and night."

I envied, admired
What I saw in friends
Unaware, so did they.

Sent a text to the son:
"I miss you all along, "
He called me in return
But I heard his father,
Past and now, together,
They mingle, associate.
