Atomic Life Poem by CHANDRA SHEKAR

Atomic Life

Rating: 3.8

Why we are placed on this
'Electron' the Earth?
Getting all the energy from
The nucleus the 'Sun'!

We are the tiny microbes
Clinging to the Sphere,
Singing to the unknown tunes
Coming from invisible cosmic store.

We are destined to be here,
Purpose of birth unclear.
Many electrons scattered
Still exist everywhere.

But, we are the happy beings
With all the comforts of 'EARTH'.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
By seeing the structure of the universe, I was surprised to see the solar system as a larger form of atomic structure. Whereas atomic structure is a miniscule, our solar system is also a form of miniature form in the universe
