Austerity And Dispassion Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

Austerity And Dispassion

Rating: 5.0

From the practice of virtue
springs dispassion;

from the practice ofausterity,
spiritual wisdom.

Spiritual wisdom is the
bestower of liberations.

But that which melts the heart
is devotion, which is the delight
of the seeker of truth.

(so is the advice ofThe Vedas)
