Though only your first people some of your ways understand
Australia you are such a beautiful Land
And i an outsider you only can admire
And of singing your praises i never could tire
Home to wallaby, echidna, koala, wombat and kangaroo
And many species of medium sized to small parrots and many species of bigger cockatoo
And platypus, numbat, kookaburra, emu and cassowary and megapodes as well
of you and your beauty many stories to tell
A great Land of climate of varying degrees
Of eucalypt and pittosporum and wattle trees
Of the Earth's more amazing Countries you are one who cannot be left out
Australia you beautiful Land of the south
And only your first people some of your ways understand
Australia you are such a beautiful Land.
