Autumns Beauty Poem by Melissia Ann Senter

Autumns Beauty

Rating: 5.0

Timeless days go by as summer comes to an end
and humming Birds begin to fly to the south.
Every tree is starting to change from green to many colors.

Splendid is the beauty of the Autumn season,
perfection that only God can provide us.
Leaves are beginning to turn to bright colors,
elegantly falling to the ground to blanket the earth.
'Neath the tree I lay, just to watch them fall so tenderly.
Deer are running to and fro playing as leaves fall.
I just lay there under the tree and imagine I am free,
remembering that God's beauty is magnificent.

Orange, yellow, red and brown, leaves falling to the ground,
forming a warm place for God's beautiful creatures to bed down.

Although winter is just around the corner, I love the cool Autumn breeze.
Uniquely, the leaves twirl as they fall to the ground,
tranquilizing me as I lay under the tree and the falling leaves,
under the beautiful and intriguing sky above, full of puffy white clouds,
moving slowly across the sky,
Autumn, my favorite time of year and I never want it to end,

yes the splendor of Autumn is just simply beautiful and serene.
