I see you in my thoughts and dreams
When I awake, how real it seems
Inside these walls you are doing your time
Not being with me is your only crime

It's been a long time since I last saw you
And right now I feel so blue
Wishing that you're here beside me
To feel your warm hug and kissing you softly

I will wait for you no matter how long
Just promise, with me is where you belong
I won't waste every second of our time
When it comes, I'll be yours and you'll be mine

I await the times when we can talk
I await the times we can hold hands and walk
To feel you for real, so close to me
The happiest person is what you would make me

Looking at your picture can't help but make me smile
It stops my world even just for a little while
My heart it aches and my eyes they cry
But when we talk my heart flies

Fate decided it was time for us to be together
I promise that no matter what may happen we will make it to forever
This poem is a symbol of the love I will always have for you
I will stay right here patiently waiting for you
