Precious life sprung from a beautiful wife
A gift from God uplifting and kinda odd
The things we must do as a parent to you
Guess your gender and be a good pretender
Teach right from wrong and sing kid songs
Discipline bad behaviour but the good we savour
A poem left to grow as the story unfolds
