Back Here

hello, how are you? i'm back again
i couldnt stay away for long,
you never left my mind for a moment
even when you were gone,
i tried to live without you
but the longing was to strong,
how could i deny my true desire
or let it slip away,
you welcomed me with open arms as if i never strayed,
the darkness stayed with me everyday
that i am afraid never left,
they say your not good for me
that its only in my head,
but thats the problem dont they see
that my body is so close to dead,
you make me feel alive again
and the numbness goes away
even only for a little while
its better then all day,
i could never let you go
as you are my purest sin,
and chances are i will go mad
but there is already so much madness within,
so here i am back at this place
and you are lying on the floor,
my weakness is evident all over the room
and my body tired and sore
for it is not a human that controls me
or even relives my pain,
it is a simple blade
and this, a familar game
