Strange.
I feel no love.
I see no strangers-
There's only known faces:
Couples that were dancing.
Yes, the sunlight was romancing
In the late afternoon
And in my afternoon heart,
Which by midnight
Would be less as it seemed
For I will take notice
That I was walking on bare feet-
Without reaching
Her shores.
