A single mother's battle with cancer
In a faraway land, she fights
Every day, a new challenge, a new plight
But she doesn't let it bring her down
She stays strong and wears a crown
The cancer eats away at her body
But it can't touch her spirit, so free
She fights for her children, her reason to live
She refuses to let cancer make her give
Her strength is an inspiration to all
She stands tall despite the looming fall
She never gives up. She never complains
She battles on, through endless pains
She is a warrior, a hero in disguise
Her love and bravery, they never die
She may be far away, but she's not alone
Her spirit is strong, and she stands on her own
A single mother's battle with cancer
is a journey no one should have to endure
But she fights on, with grace and with poise
She's a survivor, and she'll never lose her voice
