Be My Guest Poem by Montaha Gasir

Be My Guest

Rating: 5.0

I work hard day and night.
Clench myself so tight,
For one who does nothing at all,
To say to me, 'be a doll'.
But come, be my guest.
Take whatever you please.
You won't hear any protest.
You can even take my keys.

People want to abuse me.
All they want is to use me.
My mind they want to mangle.
My soul they want to strangle.
But come, be my guest.
Take whatever you please.
You can penetrate my chest,
And crush my heart with ease.

I just want to be alive,
In this world, simply thrive.
Without the pressure of society,
Causing me extreme anxiety.
But come, be my guest.
Take whatever you please.
How could I ever suggest,
Such a thing to displease?
