The scaly vipers are slithering.
Watch out, be very aware.
Their venomous tongue is flickering.
Tread lightly and with care.
A wolf in sheep's clothing,
Is what applies to these vultures.
A poisonous pile of self loathing,
Decorated with glittering features.
They will do whatever it takes,
To bring you down to the ground.
Your bewildering soul it breaks,
If you don't protect it from the snakes around.
They'll scare you and you'll stress,
'Don't be loud, don't be proud,
Don't you dare out dress,
They'll mock you and gather a crowd'.
A cruel checkmate in this game of chess.
But they threaten you from fear,
Knowing that you're success is ever so near.
All the monsters that are vipers or snakes,
Or any of the slimy vultures.
Make so many terrible mistakes,
The first is underestimating magnificent creatures.

Excellent poem of this age that some women are going through in a world where they are not equal in any way, shape or form. Just don't let them get you down. A good 5*
