Be Still - Poem by Kurt Beard

I am lost in the night
A haze of thought glowing bright
I hang in the darkness beaming through
A dot of hope glowing true
Forever a part of heavens might
I pray for what is just and right
I hope for life to began new
My God Give me a life with You

Topic(s) of this poem: god, hope, life, light, night

Poet's Notes about The Poem

I wrote this while watching the only star I could see on a cloudy night. It seemed so lonely but at the same time strong and faithful.
