Spring Springs Poem by Kurt Beard

Spring Springs

Rating: 3.5

Birds bellow
Squirrels scamper
Flowers flourish
Sun shines
Clouds cover
Lighting lights
Thunder thumps
Wind whistles
Grass grows
Summers soon

Nicely done, Kurt. But I want to hang on to spring a bit longer because summer leads to fall, and we Midwesterners know what that leads to.: -)

Indications of the onset of summer well depicted in the poem. A well articulated piece of poetry penned with insight. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
