Beautiful Days From Past Poem by Peter S. Quinn

Beautiful Days From Past

Beautiful days from past
are not to stay here still,
they like glow in road cast
of tomorrows to fulfill.
A hour in its time's wake
those roads going forever,
feelings of loneliness take
memories gone together.

Your heart is a desire
of gold and times dust,
and it gives of its fire
and show life its trust.
When love comes to me
it comescomes and goes,
like love that is free
and wind wind that blows.

Love that always is young
in timeless space of deep,
rhythms of circling song
that did awake from sleep.
You of times younger days
so much I still remember,
heart and different ways
moments glowing ember.

When love comes to me
it comescomes and goes,
like love that is free
and wind wind that blows.

Beautifulgone into deep
times are circling hours,
where time beat's sleep
among summer flowers.
Reach to daybreak's rise
birds awake in singing,
all beauty in timeless ties
past memories bringing.

Your heart is a desire
of gold and times dust,
and it gives of its fire
and show life its trust.
When love comes to me
it comescomes and goes,
like love that is free
and wind wind that blows.

It comescomes and goes
like love that is free
and wind wind that blows.
