' Beauty ' Poem by Yamini Khanna

' Beauty '

Rating: 2.8

You are so Beautiful... to Me
The Fragrance of Wet Earth
Infant's breezy milky Burp
A hungry Puppy's bowl Slurps

You are so Beautiful... to Me
Dewdrops perching on the Leaves
Spider with it's intricate Weave
Lover's chest when it Heaves

You are so beautiful... to Me
Waves washing all ashore
Windchimes singing melodies Galore
Ant armies carrying food to Store

You are so Beautiful... to Me
Watching cotton Clouds afloat
Expressions that Love emote
Mountain springs and Locales remote

You are so beautiful... to Me
Rising steam and aromas of 'Chai'
Rainbow adorned high in the sky
Baby's rolls and fat on the thigh

You are so beautiful... to Me
Unborn nurtured in the womb
Foliage, Garden in full bloom
Misty Mirror in the Bathroom

You are so Beautiful... to Me
There is so much Beauty abound
Only if we look around
Foggy eyed, from material Quest
Busy building a palatial Nest

Sieze a moment, grab some time
Make your loved ones your Prime
A thing of Beauty till end of time
Ethereal sounds and scapes Sublime
