Because Of The Wall
Because
of the wall
so many people working
getting paid
nothing at all
hearts start to break
tears start to fall
because
of the wall
give them a break
give the people
a paycheck
because
of the all
the shut down
we hope
things turn around
because
of the wall
some bills
might not get paid
hopes might
start to fade
hope that
progress
might be made
and we only hope
that lady luck
will come to call!
