Become What You Desire Poem by Jeanette Telusma

Become What You Desire

Rating: 5.0

In life we encounter all sorts of needs.
We sometimes look around at others
And wonder how or why they prosper.
My main aim in life is to talk
And observe others far and near.
This is how I learn from them
So as to get a better understanding on life.
When I sum up my final thought
On why others prosper
I notice it's because they sow
Good seeds and reap a Good harvest.
When in need of love
They sow love.
When in need of peace
They sow peace.
When in need of kindness
They sow kindness.
When in need of joy
They sow joy.
They, in my view are investors.
They invest in others
And later receive a rich harvest.
They become what they desire to possess.

Reading your poem I remembered an adage of Jesus i, e. '' Do to others as you wish them to do to you''. And the meaning of this adage is too easy that as we sow so we reap. Dear Geanetee, you have painted this in your poem so beautifully like.. '''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' When in need of joy They sow joy. They, in my view are investors. They invest in others And later receive a rich harvest. They become what they desire to possess. You have justified the title of the poem exquisitely. It is a marvelous poem. Full vote.
