I thought I was better,
Better than straight A students,
Once upon a time.

Then I became
a straight A student,
Once upon a time.

Wore a tiara on my head,
Ate cheesecakes without a care,
Once upon a time.

I was a nerd,
Then I teased my hair,
Once upon a time.

Showed up at your door,
Begged you to be my friend,
Once upon a time.

Didn't know this moment,
I hold now in my hand,
Would too become,
Once upon a time.
