The dawn appears like
Magical light that
Sears through the darkness
Making me see through my eyes
The enthralling visions of the day
And with hopeful thoughts
The future that I see not
Bespectacled with the sunlight
Shadows are dispersed
And the true form of life's elements
Are revealed with colourful splendor
The sun dances on a pond
The birds flutter their wings
Around a tree to make nest
The squirrels run out of burrows
To fetch feed for their young
The works of nature I see at dawn
As I look at nature alone
Thriving at its duty
With eyes of faith I see my future
Lit up with light and love
I see my dreams fulfilled
I see my destiny achieved
I see my purpose accomplished
What more do I request
Nothing else than behold the dawn.
