Why are you looking at me,
Yeah, just like that?
(Don't you know this hurts?)

You're making me feel uncomfortable,
Can you turn away now?
(Don't you know that this still hurts?)

Why are you making fun of me,
Have I ever done anything to you?
(Why don't you stop hurting me this way too?)

Why is it that... that when I turn to you, it's not okay,
Yet then why is it that... that when you turn to me, it's okay?
(This hurts me too!)

I'm just like everybody else,
Okay, maybe just a bit different...
But how does that affect you,
In any way?
(And yet this still hurts)

They say that we're all different,
So why look at me like I'm from... another...
PLANET? ? ?
(Do you see how this hurts?)

Of course you don't know what's it like...
To be pushed around,
To be teased... just by the way that you stand...
Teased about how you dress, and how you walk...
Is it normal to have to walk with your head held upright,
Just to be sure that no one is going to hurt you from the side?

If this is normal to you,
Then it is not I, who is the problem,
IT'S YOU! ! !
