id have you know that beneath my painted smile

is a thousand cries for help.

beneath my searching eyes.

are a million tears

ive never cried.

beneath this perfectly intact skin

im broken apart

deep within.

beneath this listening ear.

linger the lies.

i dont want to remeber

and beneath my laugh.

are screams that will never meet your ears.

wont even come close,

beneathe the false happiness.

lies the sadness.
