Best Of Both Worlds Poem by Justin Gildow

Best Of Both Worlds

Rating: 4.8

Meet me by the other side
Get out of the pouring rain
Let's walk up 100 steps
Because at the top
We'll be looking downward at the Earth
And up in the sky at our fairy tale, for what it's worth
A planet that's not far away

So we're kings and queens for a day
But after that we'll be ready to face the blackest years
Don't cry yet
All you pink, purple, blue, and orange girls out there
There will be plenty of happiness and joy to come
In the kingdom

Through it all
Let's smile
In the end that's what makes life worthwhile
Feeling all peaceful like a waterfall
We'll remember and won't forget happiness at all
Everyone, it all will be the best of both worlds
As well as the others that are blue sky mining
It's the best of both worlds
