I see you standing there
So close, forever branded in my mind.
A lsting image-so close-
I can almost feel you, smell you
Grasp you in my heart.
Preserving you forever there.
Never to fade or to die, my love
Is everlasting. Durable. Existing
Beyond time, unaffected by distance,
Real or imaginary.
To love you is to feel, emerge,
Confidence growing as I know
Where I truely belong.
To lose you is to lose everything.
Everything I feel, think and know
Would die by want of you.
You in my arms, intertwined,
Consoled and relaxed.
Laying side by side
Scents rising, mingling,
Perfuming the air.
Combined, dancing to the
Waltz of love, surrounded.
Surrounded by dreams
Floating, stirring up hope
Hope for what I wish would always be.
Love from you is a dream come true.
Existing beyond my imagination
Yet tangible, within reach.
All affecting my confidence
And reliance on you as my
Confidant, partner, and
Lover. My best friend.
