Whose arrival wait we for,
Whose Presence feel we for,
Who is that Supernatural, Mystical Power,
The Mythical She the folks talk about,
Who is that Formless Divine,
Symbolic of the Motherly Consciousness,
All prevalent as Cchaya, Daya, Maya,
Called by various names and rupas,
Mahamaya Bhagabati,
Kalratri, Maharatri, Moharatri,
Bisweswari, Jagannamata,
Yogamaya, Yoganidra, Yoginidevi,
Who is this world, that world,
I bow before, bow before that Goddess,
Who is the origin and the end of the universe,
The upholder of this Creation!
