Biddy Buds Poem by Manager Poet

Biddy Buds

Kevin first called you Buds,
then I added Biddy.
Combining those words didn't
seem very gritty.
You are the dam that holds
back the water.
You are made of concrete, iron, steel,
and solder.
It is you who determines the water's flow.
In your life use your talents and
don't let them go.
With age, you'll be surprised to see.
You've been able to generate
a lot of electricity.
Believe in yourself, that is, who you are.
Your dad is always near and never too far.
Be kind, loving, and giving
to your mother.
Don't forget your sister or brother.
Remember God all your days.
Don't forget to practice His ways.
One more line and I'll end.
Remember your dad loves you and
is your friend.
