Birds By Their Beauty Meant To Please Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Birds By Their Beauty Meant To Please

Birds by their beauty meant to please
Mostly; others of prey and prowess lords;
They in turn expect our feeding them
And so the Chain of Life be made
Not happy always; often disappointment reigns
And in their passing away culminates.
Yet the Chain of Birds in the Chain of Life
Should bettered be as in all Things.
