Bits And Pieces

Let my shadow be as friend
luxuriant my opponent
in the midst of all which shines
as we turn our pages, ages
don't count on life's accountancy
embrace the days, empover thee
it might not carry chains of gold
for all their is for us to keep
are stories as before untold
for our ears only when we go to sleep
to be content the greatest gift
so pass it on but not to swift
so pass it on but not to swift! M
