Blade Of Grass - Poem by Slava Olchevski

I didn't create myself
Nature did it for me
I'm a little blade of grass
Grass is my ancestry

I am happy, I am always fine
I am perfect in all regards
And I have survived them all
Earthquakes, hurricanes and floods

I can live with droughts and fires
Grazing deer and cow herds
What I hate is a lawn mowing
Cruel habit of human nerds

When I get in front of the Maker
I will bring only one request
Give us blades as sharp as scalpels
Let, than, see, who will cut the best!

actually, i like poems like this..poetic but scientific....the difference is if a poem is all in poetic words, as if it tells many lies..ya, its true...well, thats only my opinion ha...example...if i can give u the moon, ...like this and like that...if i sit on the eagle's wings...but if we use words, for example like this...blade that cuts, , , yes, becoz the edge of the leaves is called blade and it is real...so, the relation between the blade, cut is close so it is a fact..the blade could be poetic and could be in real so, it is nicer to read...to the author, this is my type..i like the way this is presented....but...am not telling you that poetic words are not nice..i only say that poetic words are similar to lies, hehehehehhe...it's christmas ha, , , i just want to smileeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee....to the author.....will you please make a poem that is poetic but scientific too? this is really a nice one, promise....
