Blood Stained Eyes - Poem by andrew jorgensen

Black is white & white is black
And black looks white on me
your tear stained eyes
like dried up blood
straining, it’s hard to see
your love is gone
your love is lost
but only because you fail to see
the light that shines so bright
a thousand angels who come to see
the one who suffers so much more
then any one could imagine
the pain that tear’s his sinless soul
taking it from us
yet he does not call out in pain
but forgives all who give it
he takes more and more until his soul is nearly broken
then the sins lift off our shoulders
so we can began to see
