Blow Up Poem by Marcquiese Burrell

Blow Up

Rating: 5.0

I got that glow been looking so fresh
Still no one would have ever guessed
the sun had risen
After being missing
A couple of days
Smiles like this should never fade
Cause when I'm happy, i'm better
Baby, when we broke up
that is when I woke up

you can blow up
don't effect me none
getting worked up
can't be no fun
mess so clogged, took care the plumbing
you didn't deserve none of my loving
Grown cold like the winter weather
your pain would bring you no pleasure

Could be yours if you decided to act right
Be mad you've lost something so rare
that someone else will treasure
take a time out because it's about to get heavy
the storm been predicted and you won't be ready
you won't see it coming
it's going be something
something that'll leave your heart reckoned

Your world would go into panic
Sinking so fast
you'd think it was titanic
Over here just crying your eyes out
Wishing that you had done much better
broken the promise
when you take love for granted
Apologies really would not matter
Say all that you have to say
The light turned to green
My foots on the peddle
and i'm headed forward

Love falls on hard times
See more and more signs
When you open your eyes
beginning to realize
Goodbye is an option
You won't be sacrificing
