When I lie alone,
Silence fills the night.
I walk beneath the trees,
With the moonlight by my side.
Every step I take
Leaves a shadow behind.
Holding on to dreams,
I wake up on my own.
Smiles come and go,
But my heart still roams.
Lost beneath the sky,
Where the blue moon glows.

I remember your eyes,
Your beautiful smile.
Though the years have passed,
You're still here in my mind.
The night keeps rolling on,
Moonlight lights my way.
Still I keep on walking,
With nowhere left to stay.

Blue crescent, stay,
Blue crescent, stay.
I was all alone,
Still I called your name.
Blue crescent, stay,
Blue crescent, stay.
I let you slip away,
Then I searched again.

Day after day,
I stood beside the sea.
Listening to the waves
Calling out to me.
Morning dew would shine,
Like diamonds in the sand.
Then they'd slowly fade,
Washed away again.
I followed every light,
Hoping I would find.
But every road I chose
Led me back to blue.

I remember your eyes,
Your beautiful smile.
Though the years have passed,
You're still here in my mind.
The night keeps rolling on,
Moonlight lights my way.
Still I keep on walking,
With nowhere left to stay.

Maybe this long road
Wasn't meant for me.
Maybe all the waves
Were teaching me to breathe.
I'll carry all this pain
Like a gentle flame,
Till the blue grows warm,
And I smile again.
