Marilyn, Sadly in England we don't have the beautiful Blue Jays, but I remember when I lived in Toronto as a child seeing them in the garden along with the Cardinals. Thank you for the reminder of these lovely birds. Top marks and thanks for sharing it with us. Hugs David
Thanks, Marilyn. I adore Blue-Jays but almost never see them out here in the country any more. Occasionally one makes a stop over to drink or for a snack; but it's very rare. I got used to seeing them in the city; I think they are the consummate city bird..and so intelligent, like crows.
We do not see blue jays in this part of the world...but from your poem, they sound like interesting and charming birds - nice write Marilyn
