i seen you that day
and all i wanted was to stay
with you
but im leavin town
a new house is what i found

all i could think of
was the blue rose
the blue rose i gave you
on the day i walked away

i didnt turn back
so in the trunk lay my pack
but i know you smiled
and i drove a lot of miles

i loved you for so long
thats why im making this song
but we didnt even talk
not even once
not even sure i excisted to you
