Blues Highway No. 51 Poem by Rodrig Andrisan

Blues Highway No. 51

The two World Wars never happened.
No other lower.
Hitler, Stalin, Mao, did not exist.
Instead, the trees have denied modesty
and they have shown the fruit, which,
we ate them all in silence.
Laughter and song have found a warm place
on our planet
and they taught us their story filled with meaningful.
People loved each other quietly,
and flowers, as gratitude,
flourished in their hearts,
rhythmic genius voicing the body.
All this time,
women took care to make
and raise children.
Nobody built tanks, bombers, submarines
or destroyers,
and the atomic bomb was not invented.
