The fast pace of urbanization,
A pleasant gift of globalization,
Opening up of ultra new horizons
Chances of prospering to common man.

Enhancing material value of skill,
Awarding pay packages alluring,
Attracts talent urban and rural,
Fodder for realters and their buildings.

Lacs and millions in the packages
Get absorbed in a way deceptive
Through E.M.Is of loans huge,
For purchasing tiny spaces to dwell.

It's residue is consumed mercilessly
By education, fee and it's capitation
And cost of living in places urban,
His purse at the end becomes empty.

Realization of being a bonded labour
Dawns with knocks of evening n builders,
Apprisel of ownership of apartment
With life of the edifice, it too terminates.

Talented fellow who earned huge pay
For toiling lifelong for corporate entity,
Acted as a bonded labour of realter
And toiled hard to fill his coffers.
