Breath And Awareness Poem
Breathe.Stop breathing.See what is happening on mind_body faculty.
Stop thinking.See what is natural things in body_mind happenings.
Stop elaborating thinking and watch with awareness.
No critical discourse.
Just natural flow of awareness points.
The sun also tlrises.
The Moon also appears.
Mythical birds Stop flying.
The beginning is the end.
Assimilation of things in action.
The uncreative sporting spirits.
